These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the Standard Drawers website ("Website"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website.
The Website is provided by Standard Drawers Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 8396894 and whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU ("us", "we" or "our", for short). "You" and "your" means you as the user of the Website. Our e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may from time to time make changes to the Terms and Conditions. If we do so, the changes will be effective immediately. The then current Terms and Conditions will be available on the Website.
BUYING PRODUCTS FROM THE WEBSITE
By placing an order with the Website you acknowledge to have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. Prices are quoted in GB Pounds.
All prices are quoted exclusive of postage, packaging and handling. All postage, packaging and handling charges will be detailed on the checkout page of the Website. Please note that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes beyond our control. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges.
Payment must be made for the total amount of goods you order before your order is accepted. No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received payment in cleared funds.
We reserve the right to change the price of any product before you place an order. If a product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order we will inform you and you may cancel the order.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order prior to dispatch of your goods by email (where a valid email address is provided). We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders.
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your goods within 30 days of your order, unless we have agreed a longer period with you. We can take no responsibility for any delivery problems arising from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
We hope you will love your Standard Drawers order. If you are unhappy with our products for any reason and they have not been worn, they can be returned for exchange or refund provided that the following steps are observed:
Standard Drawers must be notified by emailing email@example.com with the intention to return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Any returns or exchanges outside of this window will not be accepted.
In order to ensure a successful return, a RA (Return Authorisation) number must be obtained from Standard Drawers. For your RA number please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your original invoice number, what you are returning and why.
We will reply with an RA number and return address. Be sure to mark your return package clearly with your RA number once it has been assigned. Items returned without an RA number may not be accepted and may be marked return to sender. Once an RA number has been issued please return the product promptly.
Return postage and tracking is the responsibility of the customer, so please send any returns via a recorded delivery method. Standard Drawers is not responsible for any packages that you send but are not received by us. If you return your full order for a refund within 14 days of receipt, we will also refund any initial postage. If you opted for Express Delivery only the standard postage charges will be refunded.
Please note all products and packaging must be returned in their original state, with all labels attached. Please ensure that lingerie is tried on over your own lingerie as for hygiene reasons we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or soiled. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds should appear in your account within two weeks of receiving your return, however during peak times refunds may take longer to process. You will receive an email to confirm that your refund is processed. Please contact our customer services team for further details.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content included on the Website (including without limitation, the trademarks of Standard Drawers photos, designs, graphics, text, logos, and images) is the property of Standard Drawers Limited and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
We expressly reserve all rights to the domain name standarddrawers.com, our logo, the Standard Drawers trade mark and all other related service marks, trading names or other trade marks relating to our products and services. You acknowledge that all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us. You agree not to or cause any other party to copy, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit any material on the Website.
THIRD PARTY SITES AND CONTENT
The Website may contain links to third party websites. If you decide to visit any third party site, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed on such websites. Links do not imply that we or the Website are/is affiliated or associated with such sites. Third party content may appear on the Website or may be accessible via links from the Website. We are not responsible for and assume no liability for such content.
Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be construed to imply any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and us.
A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if this Agreement had been executed with the invalid provisions eliminated.
